Tazmikella

Copper dragon on the Council of Dragons; original owner of Barnacas's Staff of Charming.

• Named by Elia (Session 9). Suspicious of the empty scroll tube (Session 10).
• Says the Staff of Charming was stolen from her hoard ages ago. Deals with Barnacas: he keeps it until Tiamat is defeated, then returns it; she'll trade another hoard item for it (handshake) (Session 10).
