Lady Dala Silmerhelve

Waterdhavian noble who explained the Draakhorn — suspiciously well-informed.

• Told the party about the Draakhorn, the Sea of Moving Ice, and Macaf the Crimson (Session 3).
• Romalia "Remy" Haventree found her knowledge odd; Taern "Thunderspells" Hornblade is investigating.
• Nymurrh (bronze dragon) says she and her family are dear friends of his (Session 10) — possible source of her Draakhorn knowledge.
